And, of course, I got to class tonight which was all about research & development which means we research & discover what sort of diseases, issues, etc. are contraindicated or indicated for massage. Or swimming! Thanks, Polly. I'm hoping I just pulled something. Easily taken care of with some resting of the affected limb, etc. If swelling/pain increases I'll be visiting the clinic that takes care of our pool-related injuries. Awesome. :-|
