Will Microsoft Search use Mahalo techniques to change the search game? http://www.fastcompany.tv/video... exclusive interview with head of MS search
I'm doing an outline of what was discussed here. A LOT of search waterfront was covered here. I wonder what Danny Sullivan and Jason Calacanis will say to this? - Robert Scoble
I'm sorry, I have to pick myself up off the floor now.... - Erin @queenofspain
Erin, heheh, I knew the headline would get you interested. Wonder what you think of what he said? - Robert Scoble
Wow, this is interesting proposal... hey, where's Jason? - Susan Beebe
Microsoft can stand on their head, but they are not going to change the search game. Search = Google. Google = Search. - Dileepa Prabhakar
Dileepa: well, this is the first time I've had a pretty candid talk about Google with an exec from Microsoft. Brad is pretty realistic. Wonder what you think after hearing this interview? - Robert Scoble
I had Mark Jeffery explain the technique to me not too long ago, and really changed my thinking once I understood. MS is on the right track...because once you realize HOW...it makes total sense. Gets rid of the...what do you call it...'noise'???? ;) - Erin @queenofspain
To go along with this one, I interviewed Jason Calacanis about Mahalo. Part I is here: http://www.fastcompany.tv/video... - Robert Scoble
Part II of Mahalo interview with Calacanis is here: http://www.fastcompany.tv/video... - Robert Scoble
This is going to be interesting to follow. Google has long been enjoying the top position in internet Search, nearly to a monopoly status. This deal could really improve M$ chance to move into a stronger position in the Search space. Mahalo has a great product and M$ would be wise to leverage it to catapult themselves into a better position in the Search market. - Susan Beebe
We don't just talk about Mahalo. Here's an outline: http://scobleizer.com/2008... Plus I even talk to him about FriendFeed's search. - Robert Scoble
Robert: wow, you covered a lot of topics here...neat! - Susan Beebe
watching video now... - Jason Calacanis
