it really has come on leaps and bounds...there's no doubt about it. My main gripes are a) still needs to be faster and b) i'm stuck to one browser on one computer...unless I obviously install feedly on others every time i want to use it

This is a great product, but is there a way to import iGoogle data quickly or do we need to build our Feedly page from scratch?
- Chris Frost
@zee Faster yes. It is in ongoing goal for us: In the last 2 weeks, we improved the performance by about 2x on the digest page and reduced the memory footprint by 30%. Right now the focus is really memory. Re: roam. As you pointed out, your data will roam transparently because all the state is stored in the cloud but you need to install it on each machine. Unless you decide to use Google Reader on the go and leverage the transparent sync'ing. Thank you for the kind words!

@chris there is no igoogle importer but I think that there is a way to export igoogle into OPML and import it in Google Reader. I will try to dig that out and let you know.

I just installed feedly - after a break from RSS (using FF as my news source) I realized that I really miss seeing content daily from my favorite smattering of blogs.

Very interesting to see how this is starting to spread on twitter: http://search.twitter.com/search... Compare that with packaged software where you get about 2 years from inception to feedback. Being able to watch this in real-time is fascinating.

Sorry Jesse. We are a small team. We have to focus on one beach head first. We decided to go with Firefox because it is the most open platform.

I love love love Feedly - glad to see Scoble give it some exposure.
