Ask him what he's going to do to standardize the technology options between agencies. Ask him how "buckets of money" methodology is affecting the employees they serve. Ask him if he's willing to offer exit packages to those whose technological skillset has fallen drastically behind, in order to fill those positions with people who can bring the govt up to date. ....
