blah! Of course you can! :) Alp, I struggled when I was a student because I was a lazy dork. But one thing I've learnt for sure is Bob Bemer's famous citation: ((((DO SOMETHING!) SMALL) USEFUL) NOW!) — just start doing it, but really start... you'll see things will be easier than you might think :)

It's possible. Just try and stay offline for a few days (3 is a good number) as an experiment. After you find you can, you will find it easier to have offline hours during the day.

before anything else, do your work! get it in your head that you must do that first before anything else, when in bed, last thing to think of before sleep is, 'must do such a lesson first, get it out of the way' and repeat ... this way you sleep on it, and hey presto in the morning its the first thing you think of lol
