Blade Runner, easily. It defined a genre and wasn't aimed at people who had never heard of Zen Buddhism before.

Well, my position is pretty clear. The Matrix is my #2. Blade Runner, my #141. I think for the combination of plot, effects, genre-twisting, style, and impact on the industry and pop culture, The Matrix is near impossible to beat in my book.
