Just back to the blogging bit for a second I just kind of realised that for the first 210 entries on my blog I didn’t even have a way to do comments. {Comment #665} For the first 11 months I had a method of doing comments, but only if you registered for the forum. One of my readers pointed out that this was a stupid way of doing things and after some experimentation it became open to everyone in July 2007. Incidentally, my blogaversary is 11th August, where the blog tradition is that I deliberately get people to ask me questions and I answer them (or at least start - I still haven't finished the question from 2007...)
