They pulled out just as PDA's were starting to include phones. It was a bad decision, but their products kicked ass. I think their biggest problem, was and still is their marriage to Microsoft. In doing so, it becomes a lifestream for you. Besides aggregating content, it also has the best community and communication tools around.
