"Chris, I feel the same. I'm seeing a resurgence of podcasts. Additionally, syndicating to YouTube has also been a good strategic discovery point for audio podcasters that can supplement their audio with good supporting still images. That's what we do. My cohost and I started The SoLoMo Show Podcast discussing social, local & mobile marketing and advertising in January of 2021. 50 shows in the can so far and looking forward to 2013. One of the biggest benefits I see in podcasting is that it creates a regular reason each week for me to really think about the topics I cover. I learn a lot faster and think differently about the content we prepare each week because I'm even more focused on being able to articulate it and communicate it in a valuable way to our audience. Couple that with the research done to bring fresh and current content to the show and our podcast becomes a weekly reason to keep my mind open and thinking on the topics we cover. This helps even beyond the show, while..."

"Saori, Thanks for the comment and great question. #19 is very much about opening channels of feedback and prioritizing considering the input from your customers just as important in product/service development as any other resource. Using Facebook, Twitter and other online channels can help facilitate this. In some cases it's referred to as "crowd sourcing", but a more personal approach will always make your customers feel more appreciated. Just consider how you can include their input when making future products come to life."

"Hi Michael, I'm not sure I knew that much about Phil. Thanks for reminding me. It was still very cool to hear it straight from one of the top guys at Apple. That rarely happens."

"Thanks for dropping by and commenting Michael. Did you get a chance to listen to a SoLoMo episode? Responsive design definitely has many benefits. It will continue to become a more common method of making your site mobile in the oncoming years. Thank again."

"Chris, Coming from you, someone who is much more visible than others online, I greatly appreciate the openness of this post. I can't officially say if it's "depression" I've been experiencing in the past or even lately during a couple rough weeks, but I certainly find it frustrating to feel unable to be more open about how I'm feeling to my online friends when those phases take a darker, deeper grasp than usual. Especially considering how great of a support system my friends can be. Even "online" friends. It's a shame to let the opportunity to process your feelings go because of fear. Thanks again for cracking open the conversation."

"Thank you for being brave and stepping up to discuss this. As someone said here in the comments, it's not at all easy to discuss these things publicly online when you've built a business off from your social media presence."

"I'm guessing you didn't actually read the post that starts off by saying he was watching a "promotional video for a friend’s new product ". Sounds like the intent of the video was to persuade you to buy said product."

The Weber IDF has been considered the ultimate carburetor for off road use. But now that they are no longer being made and with the increased popularity and adjustability of fuel injection, the carburetors may become a thing of the past in the years to come. Weber IDF Set Up From the factory, these are not ready to be run in a VW. The first thing you will need to do is inspect the carb and do a good cleaning. You will need to set your Floats. For dual carburetor applications, the chokes will need to be replaced with a block off plate and two smaller screws. The reason behind this is that they like to collect dirt and will more than likely contact the stock fan shroud. They are generally only needed for sub zero temperatures. Pre-tuning Adjust the Idle-Air Screw so that the butterfly valve and the side of the carburetor barrel wall on the side of the Idle-Air Screw is 0.004 inches. An appropriate size feeler gage should slide out of this opening with j
