Unlimited data is not about using massive amounts of data. It's about certainty & predictability of price. Not worrying about being screwed.
Although I've had my differences with them in the past, 3 UK's launch of unlimited data shows they understand mobile customers.

Just made him even grumpier. So I felt obliged to tell him he was grumpy. It's bad enough putting up with unreliable trains but rude staff.
