I went for crumb. No exact recipe, but about 1/2 cup each oats, flour and brown sugar, seasoned with a little cinnamon and a lot of ginger and then 2/3 stick of butter cut in. Threw it on top of cut up peaches and some frozen blueberries I found in my freezer and baked for 1/2 hour at 350
