This is very bad. I'm not going to get into the cheating debate but c'mon. Modifying a copy of a program on RAM is now grounds for copywrite infringment? The judge in this case had to be extremely computer illiterate.

Complete bullshit. You're required to be 18 years of age or older (or have a parent do it for you) to get a Live account. This isn't a kid friendly environment and Live reps shouldn't have to raise people's children for them.

"Dug this down. It's a hoax and a correction has now been posted on the site. As much of a democrat as I am, even I am getting a little tired of the Digg user base pimping the hell out of anything that pokes fun at Bush. We all know he's corrupt. We all know he's a retard. We all know that Congress is trying to exert control over him but lacks the actual balls to enforce their subpoenas. Repeating the same stories (more or less) day after day does nothing."

"Dugg this down. There are several things that make this story a complete wash. Firstly, there are legal precedents that have established that the couple cannot keep funds that are not rightfully theirs. (Read: There is no such thing as free money.) Additionally, the couple is representing themselves and just taking the stance of "Well they screwed up so why should we have to give it back?" The answer is simple: The money wasn't theirs to begin with."

"There have been attempts like this in the past to mod both Playstation 1 and 2 models, but they have either not worked or only partially worked. The solder mod chip is still the best option. Additionally, everyone here is heralding this product as though it is great and it hasn't even been released yet. Calm down folks..."
