And it’s therefore an amazing triumph of misinformation the way that lackluster economic performance has been interpreted as a failure of government spending. ~Paul Krugman I understand that many people struggle to comprehend that under the Obama administration – government spending has actually gone down.  At a federal level – that’s not the case…they’re keeping states afloat.  At the federal level – they’re helping subsidize costs for states….but states have been cutting and cutting proving to have an anti-stimulative effect.  We can call it the Tea Party Halo effect.  And it does have a real impact on jobs… And just a little reminder…under President Obama – government spending is lower than under Reagan.  Just sharing some facts.
