I stand corrected. Apparently, there are a few Italian dishes that would welcome cilantro. Just not my great-aunt Margie's fettuccine alfredo.

I use parsley in my italian dishes. in italian is "prezzemolo". on meat, in the soup, on fish, on boiled potatoes :)
