Dear Seesmic: if you're going to make me go through the trouble of re-encoding my videos from avi to flv, then I want them to show up a little faster THAN FIFTEEN BLOODY MINUTES. Especially when YouTube took the same file and had it ready to go in FIVE MINUTES. Regards, Me.

@Steven, get a file format designed within the last decade: flash supports .mp4 natively, and afaik seesmic can accept mp4 uploads as well. .avi doesn't support variable framerates, among many other things...
