Energy regulator promises 'radical overhaul' of market as Scottish Power faces investigation over controversial new tariff Ofgem has reiterated its determination to "radically overhaul" the retail energy market and has told the "big six" power companies that their complex tariffs are going to come under further scrutiny over the coming months.
