Interesting site that gives some guidance in how you can incorporate various technologies into your classroom to enhance your teaching and your students learning.

Glad You and your family are safe Ed!

It was a worry; I heard Beechworth and even though I have never been there or know it's specific location - I immediately thought of the Dale family; as the suburb name has been etched into our minds from TDC and other Imm. Edge marketing! I'm glad you're out of harms way!
- vacant
Happy to hear you and your family are ok. I still feel bad for those that lost their lives and everything they owned
- Shaun VanDeLinder
I'd say it's 50/50 Nez! Some Do! Even when you have your kids around and some don't and are very pleasant. Had tradesman that came to house and every second word began in F and ended in CK and it wasnt Fire Truck! Had to ask him to stop as had Son around who was 3 at the time!

2 Pronged Question - Anyone know where I can get a book published? And is it better to have a traditional Publishing house publish it over an Online Publisher like Lulu? To that end anyone had experience with Lulu? Are they any good? TIA Tim
I've got a friend who's had a few books published through lulu and he swears by them. Apparently very prompt service and good support. I guess it all depends on how many copies you think you'll sell? I hear traditional publishing can be pretty expensive.
- Scott Mackenzie
Lulu worked for my husband and me. It depends on how you plan to market them.

Day 14 no longer exists and now points to day 15, check in the forums if you want the reason
- Carl Dearmin
Naw, he means the latest version of the TV show from NYC. I couldn't watch them either yesterday -- my internet connection was being too slow. Am going to try them again this morning . . .
- LJF Wolffe
Yes was referring to 30 Day Challenge Telly Shows from ustream...looks like Youtube has fixed the problem now
- Tim
Check the forums in regards to this

Day 14 got cancelled for some reason.
- Ken Slater
Day 14 was about another blogging site, similar to blogger.com. During last years 30DC the 30DC'ers got slapped, and this year the site owners got annoyed that 30DC'ers returned, so It was taken out of the program. More info in the forums. Ed, if you were giving away money in the stree you would have people complaining about which denominations it was in. Thanks for everything.

If you bought your domain with hostgator, they give your some adword credit for free...
- Nicolas Mendez

Have to agree with Ed on this one! As He, Dan, GuruBob and Caro have mentioned time and time again THAT IT IS OPTIONAL! Sheesh! Can't get more direct than that!
- Tim
from twhirl
It could be raining Silver Dollars and that dude would complain it hurts! Myself and my list thank you Ed and the gang for everything.... Especially the Adwords stuff...
- Mike Hill
from twhirl
I agree with Tina. There are some real crybabies in this challenge. I say, let'em cry -- they're not bothering us. We're all delighted with what you guys are doing.
- Ron Rink
"What part of optional did you not get" - I second that, Ed! It amazes me how some people just do not "get" the value they are receiving from the 30DC...not to mention that they seem to have selective hearing when it comes to the word "optional" ;-p Oh well, the rest of us will just take the learning and make our $1.00+++ with it!
- Barb Sabathil
'TO Ed Dale, Bob, Dan, Caro and the 30DC Team' . . . Everybody here, 'Like' this comment if you appreciate the team and everything they are doing for us. 30DC Team, YOU ROCK! and we are your loyal followers. We all Thank You, for everything.
I have to second what Jamie has stated! Ed, Dan, Bob, Caro, Nez and all the members of the 30DC Challenge team who have brought this together as well as the Marketing Samurai Guys and WordPress Direct Crew, what you have given in the way of your time, knowledge and own expense has been to quote a phrase, "Totally Awesome!" Thankyou so much for giving a me (us) such a wonderful opportunity in learning so much for so little! You All Rock! No word to describe except Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou THANKYOU
- Tim
Agreed, its hard to ignore the negative, sadly the usually shout (complain) the loudest. You're all doing a sterling job, thank you sincerely.

I am constantly amazed at the selflessness and generosity shown by the 30DC Crew. I've learned a tremendous amount that will help me with my business going forward. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- Roxanne Ravenel
I cant agree more with all of you. The 30DC and the whole team are awesome. Too bad there will always be that small portion who must spoil everything they touch and those for whom even breathing is too much of an effort. Don't let them worry you. Please keep up the good work.
- Frans
Thanks to everyone who has come together to provide us with such complete, thorough and ridiculously awesome training...I have learned more from this challenge than I ever would have had I continued to try to market on my own. You guys rock. Thank you on behalf of myself and every other participant in this challenge.

I must agree the 30 day challenge is incredible and so are the people partaking. Every one is extremely helpful.

Does anyone know where I can find other services like Tumblr or Weebly that mirror or import from my posts into their service? Like what would I search for in Google?
Hi Greg. There are thousands of nings out there that are geared toward certain interests. On your ning page there is a place where you can insert your videos, html, etc. There is also a place to insert your rss feed and have it post to the page. Go to Ning.com and look for communities where your target market might hang out.

This guy registered on 10th August, perhaps just depressed to catch up... but s/he forgot to add affiliate link in the article.. and obviously doesn't know how to trim the white frame besides the product image :-)

I hate to be cynical Hendry, but often it is a professional lurker who tramples another's vine for a single piece of fruit.
- Ed Shahzade /NextInstinct
I would definitely slap this guy.. my comment didn't try to justify his/her act, just so that we stay on the positive side... and hope we are not promoting this site by bringing up the issue publicly :)
- Hendry Lee
from twhirl
I hope this serves as an example how NOT to do things... whatever the intention is.. this is wrong! And no, this is not even a threat to vintageelectricguitarblog.com.. LOL

Ed, If this has happened to you, I imagine it can/will happen to us at some stage! What do or should we do if it happens?
- Tim
What's the strategy to deal with these vampires? Commenting on the anonymous blog?
- Rebecca Kellock
Would like to think Barry Crewse was not a 30DC member but was a ustream lurker who picked the idea off the show oops did I spill the beans to the registrant of the domain? Firm believer in karma
- JuneM
That's taking the "do exactly as I say and do" thing of 30DC a little too far
- Seth Garrison
should check for their bookmarking and reply negative!! ????
- Danie
ah well, Ed, they will not put your lights out that's for sure, but it is a bit like biting the hand that feeds you
- Gordon Martin
from twhirl
That is not a very intelligent from his/her part. From the affiliate link http://locatereviews.com/xxxxxxx your 30DC admins can locate the account and send him/her a "kind" reminder about the purpose of the challenge.
- Miquel
Not cool doing this!! Silly too as easy to trace from the link!
- Bill Thomson
(always trying to see the good in everyone): Maybe he's using it as his learning example. Not everyone can come up with their own ideas on the spot, and he might just be trying it out to learn.
- Stephanie
I still think he's a poser. I glom content also, but when it comes to re-using it...eh.. I have some lines to draw.. but thats just me..

There is always evil around.. Lets not get distracted here..
- Larkland Morley
Now I know I might not rate very highly in the scheme of life and the population but NEVER have I been called a no one. I quite enjoyed those intros
- Peter Horsman
from twhirl
It may be your own fault. I think that in the pre-season the main video(s) and the "pre-video" were the same. You trained us too well. That's the only explanation since we pretty much hang on every gratis word descending from your larynx:-)
- Vanessa Constanti
Maybe the problem is you are not getting enough attention. Well maybe Sunday night when you are the trash chat master you can show us a thing or two. I love your intros. And I am now especially careful of dangerous gaits.
- Susan Kaul
from twhirl
I got started with the 30DC soooo late that I am still trying to figure out how to do things and complete all the per season lessons before going on th the actual challenge. OH I do wish I had more time in the day. Anyway I am loving it and learning so much. THANKS to all.
- Phil
As I am not wanting to miss anything, I do watch each of the intro videos!
- Bernadette
Don't worry Ed, I still care. LOL! My team watches it, I can tell you. They all notice you don't change your clothes for 7 days now....
- Hendry Lee

keep up the intro vid's Ed - and increase the danger level!!!

Been watching faithfully - might have a look at Olympics ceremony- probably not- just watch day seven again on second thoughts. Can't wait for the next emu attack - all v ninja
- Rebecca Kellock
even my 5 month yr old son is watching them- it's very educational
- Tommy Gordon
from twhirl
Television requires more drama to keep the audience. a Crocodile or 2 attacking would help
- 8seonds
Well people are missing out if they don't watch them, very educational and entertaining!
- Curtis Miller
Maybe i'll go back and watch them all later
- Matt Leitch
I've only just finished Day Two, but I'm loving the videos...as a "Yank" I love listening to the Ed, Bob, and Dan....and seeing the kangaroos! :)
- Rebekah
They are the only thing I can watch until 1:00 am download hour on my satellite connection. So you have gotten offended too quickly. Love them--the gate was almost slapstick lol
- Omitade Adediran
I love the intro's. I was really sorry to hear about the gate smaking into your ^@%#$@^#
- Ian
My favorite one is when an Emu look at Ed while crossing the screen... :)
- Hendry Lee
from twhirl
I watch them, they're great, but I click within the training page itself and it doesn't give me the option to rate...
- Yvonne Hands
Don't feel sad Ed. I've been watching you in your natural habitat as well.
- ChrisDudman
I thought It was the same old movie @ every training, silly me. Ill watch them from now on
- ZoekmachineGuru

don't worry Ed! I'm watching them! They're great. i particularly like the fact your using the rule of thirds - camera techniques. As a film & TV media student, this makes me happy.
