New Article: Converting Numbers to Strings - http://www.owenpellegrin.com/blog...
I wonder if it's going to turn out to be a good business move.
Kind of interesting how there were few .NET decompilers when Reflector was free, but its commercialization has launched new ones.
I think it's telling that *every* Java application I use has a meter to show you its current memory usage.
It costs me the same to use a 1200 watt bulb for an hour as a 100 watt bulb for 12 hours. Why does a month of email = a month of Netflix?
(As in we'd *still* be paying for that; 30 years ago that might have been reasonable. My point was I'm not sure how progress can happen.)
If we had today's telecom companies 30 years ago, we'd all be paying $80/month for broadband 56k dial-up connectivity and 100MB usage caps.
Wow, they really scheduled a 3.5 hour process meeting tomorrow. Project's 2 years old and we're still in process training.
Got the email! Downloading XCode. This might take a while.

Just enrolled as an iOS developer. Got a couple of ideas for apps I want to try. Maybe I'll make a dollar!

So does MS have any April Fools' jokes? Maybe a WP7 update announcement?
The @Gowalla app hasn't kicked me out and made me sign in again since the last update. Good job guys!
I've got to be more careful about replying to myself. I blame TweetDeck UI but I could take more care.
RT @DamnedFacts: "The Fukushima situation has exposed a grave danger to our world. But the danger isn't radiation, it's the poor state of science education."
Why is it so fun to overengineer?
I must admit I like this test name: Constructor_Always_Leaves_Class_Dirty()
This code is getting complicated. I bet that means I'm doing the wrong thing.
Sometimes typing out the long description gives insight towards a way to express it in less words.
I wish I had a way to enforce "only the constructor should call this method." Still wish for nested methods.
This TDD style is slowing me down, but making me think and catch behaviors I wouldn't have thought of until later. Neat.
RT @martinvars: Jesus accomplished a lot with 12 followers. I guess its the followers of your followers that count. The Bible got a lot of RT.
