He claimed once it left store it was Apples problem. Other employees thought it was ridiculous. They are appealing to store manager for me!
I understand Apple handles warranty but < 24 hours should be in-store swap. I'll prob end up paying full price for a refurbished unit! :(
Upgraded to iPhone 3GS last night and found it had a faulty speaker. Only 12 hours later AT&T won't replace and I have to mail it to Apple.
Oh and that was my birthday present from my wife! Yes I'm bitter. Thanks for crapping on my cake AT&T! Okay now I'm being melodramatic.
