Here's the thing about this. It could have all been prevented if the police at the jail were accountable. Officials knew about this a week before it happened. Interesting take, but it's not the speculators that are at fault here. The real problem is the government feeding these speculators with free money, because right now the major speculators are the banks. Nothing wrong with speculation if it's your own money.
