I really like this site (not TechCrunch, ProductPlanner), if you have a Facebook app, or a website in general, and you're trying to build traffic, then this is invaluable. And great to use too!

That is mental, that's the first I've heard of Conficker, but it sounds like something that could quite easily be state sponsored - conspiracy! Quite scary really.

The Swiss Cheese Model is interesting, I've not heard of that before. Certainly applies to some situations at work over the years where the holes have come into alignment.
