A graduate of the prominent Johnson & Wales Culinary Institute in Providence, Nick also completed a Master Chef Program in Asti, Italy. He has cooked in some of the finest restaurants including Spring in Chicago (Under James Beard award winner Shawn McClain), Chez marc in Flagstaff and Il Falconiere, a Michelin Two star Relais & Chateau establishment in Southern Tuscany. Nick comes to Omaha direct from the sous chef position at the elegant Park Hyatt fine dining restaurant Nineteen, one of the top restaurants in Philadelphia.

There are plenty of ways to tie a winter scarf; but after a friend showed me this method, I don’t think I’ll ever tie a scarf another way again. Most scarf tying methods I’ve found are bulky and uneven; but this method yields a knot that distributes the mass of the scarf evenly. So, it looks dandy underneath your winter coat.
