I agree Joseph... I'm increasingly seeing FaceBook as a forum for my friends and family, not for business or academic interaction. (It is still useful for social media marketing, but in a very specific way). In that context, the tools they already had were more than sufficient. They're making FB more and more complicated and noisy, which will ultimately be its downfall. - David Sim

@David, noise is the issue fo sho. This comment system is flawed, if it were going to be useful, they should have built comments into the Home feed. - Joseph Rodgers
