"I'm not offended with tip jars or anything of that sort. We can't just easily judge a blogger for having one and who are we anyway to judge? I used to have a Paypal button on the sidebar and there never was a time that I got a tip BUT...I simply use it for my direct advertiser's payments for ads on my site because it's the only way that they can't get away with the Paypal fees because it's fixed. No deductions on my end as receiver. I did removed it because bigger amounts for direct advertisers are just an added burden to setup for a new button for a specified amount. Right now, I only deal with email payments." - Mathdelane

"This seems very promising. I'll go take a look. I have tried similar software which I happen to forgot the name but it does the same functions. The only problem was that it's quite costly. This one's good because I have several PCs at home that I would want to get control of. Good job on the research! By the way, if you're interested with file sharing powered by Amazon Web Services cloud, I have a contest going on at the site, you might want to check it out and share with your readers too. It's nice to be here for the second time. Gave you props on BE." - Mathdelane

"Blogging gave me a different perspective about doing things on your own and making something out of it more than just being exposed to the ins and outs of the web. I never would have learned so many things if I had not learned how to blog. Once you have accomplished something out of a great effort, there's a slim chance of letting go what you've started." - Mathdelane

Re: Chasing Your Dream vs. Enjoying What You've Got - http://thewatercooler.disqus.com/chasing...
"Our goals change over time, I believe. It's inevitable as well that there are points in our lives where we find contentment or longing for more--whatever it was. Eventually, time will come that we'll have to take the final decision on where we would want to be headed. Let's hope it's for the best. As much as possible, while there's plenty of youthful wit and strength within us, it's better to take risks and enjoy things while it's there than missed out on them big time and ask ourselves, what if? I'm sure that journey would give us more wisdom and learning than what most self-help books can only come up into words because we experience it--for real." - Mathdelane
