Anyway, the point is, if she's on Spotify AND she's sold 20,000,000 downloads (as opposed to 4 million 'albums' - no mention of what formats those were in, or whether digital albums are included in both figures - ahhh, I love the smell of BS record industry statistics in the morning!) then it's working.
