I gave the recipe "Lemon Cookies" 5 out of 5 stars on BigOven.com. My family gave these thumbs up--way, way up! My husband (not a cookie lover) was especially thrilled with them. They are the perfect sweetness, and just lemony enough to be refreshing--not overwhelming. I think next time, though, I''ll make them just a bit smaller--the kids want to eat so many of them, perhaps smaller cookies will seem like they''re getting more at a sitting! - Sonja L Andrus
