hey. twitter's new retweet thing is live. interesting.

@davecoveney agreed.. i'd go down the cake path (or more likely Django ;) ) but client in this case is ASKING for an off the shelf solution.
@davecoveney like I said. depends on the site.. in the project I'm looking at.. a bespoke solution would be better than WP.
WordPress for non blog sites just feels like a compromise.. it's a good system.. but not the optimum solution.
WordPress - I've used a lot.. but it's a little too blog oriented.. this project doesn't call for any of the core WordPress features.
