I only read 10 of them so far. - Andreas Gohr
I'm not sure how many I've gotten through - Aaron Griffin
hmmm 6 ... and the ones left don't fit my taste ... - Michael Klier
read 6 to the end, 2 partially (Sun Tzu and the Bible, I plan to read Sun Tzu to the end ;) -- the Bible was more out of a "know your enemy" curiosity, didn't make it very far), and watched the movie adaptions of 4. Thankfully, never had contact with Kafka's Metamorphosis, "Der Proceß" was straining enough back in school... - Gina Häußge
"Der Prozess" is hard (though I like it), but Metamorphosis is cool stuff and quickly read through. You should give it a try. - Andreas Gohr
BTW. I'm curious now. Which of the books from the list have you read? Mine were "Slaughterhouse-Five", "1984", "The Catcher in the Rye", "The Grapes of Wrath", "Brave New World", "The Metamorphosis", "The Hobbit", "Adventures of Huckleberry Finn", "Hamlet" and "All Quiet on The Western Front". And I just found "For Whom the Bell Tolls" in my shelf, so that one is next. - Andreas Gohr
In my case they are: "Lord of the Flies", "Don Quixote", "The Hobbit", "Adventures of Huckleberry", "Animal Farm", "Moby Dick" - well and the Bible but I didn't read it completely so it doesn't count. Planning to read "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" next maybe. - Michael Klier
"1984" (@24), "Lord of the Flies" (@18), "Adventures of Huckleberry Finn" (@~13/14), "Robinson Crusoe" (@13), "Treasure Island" (@~9/10, I still love it) -- which makes 5 and proves that I miscounted by 1 yesterday *hides* - Gina Häußge
And I read... Gatsby, 1984, Catcher, Dorian Gray, Brave New World, Lord of the Flies, The Metamorphosis, I followed the Ulysses advice (try to read, stop, and put it on the shelf), The Hobbit, Animal Farm, ... And I've some of the books lying around here still. - Tobias Wolter

The idea of adding a fixed spot to avoid simulation sickness is interesting. I wonder if that works. - Andreas Gohr
In my experience: no. At least if what they did is comparable to a crosshair. I'll see when it comes out I guess, as it comes for PC as well and my rig is still quite up to date thanks to last fall's upgrade. - Gina Häußge

A Linux system with Skype and Firefox ready to go installed right into the BIOS of your computer. I don't see too much sense in it on desktop systems, but for a laptop this is really cool. I wonder if Asus will add that to the EeePC as well. - Andreas Gohr
