Anyone working for Facebook here? My fanpage has been locked for no reason two weeks ago and I'd like to have it back (as they keep ignoring my emails, maybe this is the right way) (if you Like this message, this will spread the word. Thanks)
They keep ignoring my mails as well (I'm the co-owner). - Zio Bonino from iPhone
massive emailing. I'll write them too,we want the page back! - duesenberg
Page address is http://www.facebook.com/pages... (it used to be http://www.facebook.com/spinoza but it has been disabled). Two weeks ago, at the top of the Page, I found the message "You must authenticate the Page", linking to a form. I filled the form with the information required. Nothing happened. I filled the form again one day later. Nothing happened, and the message "You must authenticate the Page" was still there. I did the same again and again. Nothing happened. Then the Page was locked. - stark
Jose, my Page has less than 20,000 fans and is not at all a generic fanpage. It is related with my website, and the website is a brand I own and represent. There is nothing of fake or unofficial: it's not my case. This still looks pointless to me. (No answer yet) - stark
(looks like it's not the right way) - stark

(Don't expect too much attention from them here. It's not like they OWN the place, don't they?) - Roberto (gravitazero)
(I expect they answer the mail. This Friendfeed thing is just a try) - stark

Thanks Jose, I was looking for a page like that - stark
WHAT?!? They removed the vanity address I used to have (facebook.com/spinoza) and somebody else just took it! This is silly and pointless. - stark
it seems it's quite common that pages, groups or fanpages change owner. Kind of a mess, indeed - Francesco Contini
