Oh, this is basically why I spent time wednesday really irritated at HBSP. Despite Harvard making open-access statements, HBSP is a serious PITA and they have a cadre of lawyers ready to go after places. I try hard to encourage the business school to use items other than HBSP materials, though it's not always reasonable or possible.
