...maybe Twitter's just gotten too big to be supported by just one company? imagine if all telecom service was run by just AT&T. Twitter needs legitimate competition, so that it's millions of users (and growing) don't constantly get inconenienced by inevitable systems problems, hacker attacks, etc.

Patty, CarolAnn, Carol, Lag, Alonis... we have a finite (and unknown) amount of time to DO something. FF has a simple reliable platform that works well for connection and discussion. But, w/ FB it will eventually be integrated and get cumbersome like FB is! So... we need something else ya? What do you really want/need most in a network community? These guys only care about real time search and how much $$$ they get for that.

Robert I found with the grouping ability and the discussion threads - there's no need for much in the way of user apps here. It's so simple clean and USABLE! Do use the grouping features both for "friends" and "Groups" and have fun with real discussions you can follow! Harold, TweetDeck doesn't work w/ my follower count. I tweet via the Web!

Simone: being free is not the same as being heard. The Iranians aren't fighting for freedom. They are fighting to have their voices listened to. The guy they are supporting isn't all that great either, if you look into his past and, anyway, above them is a religiously-run government. A fight for a free Iran will play out another day. Simone: that makes sense, I agree, that if they were heard they would be free. I'd rather focus on what they want, rather than pushing American values, though. Freedom is gained step by step. Yep, that was the Double Gulp and it was 64 oz. Now 64 oz. is common in most convenience stores, although now the cup is round and plastic. Looking forward to the 128 ouncer! :p

@Rodfather: I want to try it too. Once my brother caught a Mako off of La Jolla Cove. He had to just wait it out. I don't know why he didn't just cut the line but I think he liked his lure or something. But I think, the good experiences totally outweigh the bad. He once caught a 43 lb white sea bass.

I dove with some bull sharks and black tips in the Blue Hole in Belize, but it wasn't that scary. Mostly cuz we were sort of narced from the depth. But I don't think I'd like to see a great white while I was in the water. Ever.
