Even when connecting via USB iTunes often tells me it's unable to "properly identify" the iPhone. Maybe my next one will be a Samsung.

Having both Android and iPhone, I'm amazed by how far behind Apple was for so long. Apple's caught up quite a bit but there are still so many things that seem antiquated to me. :( Android has its own set of issues. :(

See, that's the stuff you don't read too much about. Not sure how different the next iTunes will be but the current version is terribly antiquated.
