The just let all of the service providers (Verizon, AT etc.) off the hook from over 40 lawsuits that would have bankrupted these so called service providers, because it would have disclosed that they would have owed every American thousands of dollars in a blanket settlement for allowing the Feds access to all info they had on all of the US with no proper warrant or judgment procedures.

This is my personal insight to the difference between web design and SEO. It is not complicated as long as you understand that web developers hired web designers and SEO's to do two different jobs. The SEO was hired to increase traffic and the designer was hired to retain the viewers attention. Yes, they both work together and should not be seen as separate needs, but one large need, and that is to get the viewer and keep the viewer engaged on the site. - Lee W
