This happens when someone has a public profile, then they set it to private and you have to request permission to see their timeline. Nothing to see here (unless of course Susan doesn't have her profile set to private). - David Petar Novakovic

I think it was some glitch with missing /lost data --fr statusboard "following/followers that temporarily disappeared as a result of a database error" - they just fixed it about 40Min ago - Peter Dawson
