Hey FriendFeed! We need to have the "Add" buttons "Photos" & "Files" when we commenting too!
It would be really cool to be able to add pics and files in a comment :) - Svartling
..and it will make friendfeed even better for microblogging that I use it for. - Svartling
For example if I wanted to add a picture here, I could have added it in this comment. - Svartling
You could also make it like "inline" adding so that we could post links to pics and files and they will be posted automatically. - Svartling
This is my number one on my "whishlist". - Svartling
Or maybe if we could edit the main entry and add a photo or file afterwards? - Svartling
I especially like this last one idea of yours - adding photos or files while editing entry! :) - Hanna Wiszniewska
I've thought about this. You should add this to the FriendFeed Feedback room. - Shevonne
I'd like that too, but from a design point of view it might clutter up our lovely clean FF. - Toby Graham
I would like threaded conversations over the ability of people to add pointless images to their comments. - Anika
I've added it to the FriendFeed Feedback room. - Svartling
Anika Malone: My point is to enhance an entry with for example a picture via a comment or by editing the main entry afterwards. I use friendfeed for microblogging, so this is important for me. - Svartling
Josh Chandler: I posted it for 15 minues ago and you 4 minutes ago :) - Svartling
It's important especially if I post via my iphone and will add a photo afterwards. - Svartling
Svartling, I understand your goal, but the reality is that people will post photos to draw attention to themselves more often than the words. That's evidenced in current entries by some people. If photos are allowed in comments, then i want a hide button on comments too. - Anika
Anika Malone: That was a great idea! Of course we also need a hide button for comments too. Cool. - Svartling from email
I too think files should be kept out of comments. We can always hyperlink to one. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for threaded comments. - Mitch
