wow - i haven't posted anything to either of my blogs since july, yet i have numerous posts in draft on both that i just haven't carved out enough time or mindspace to finish, must allocate time and publish, argh - not the pirate kind - sorry i don't roll that way, i look like a pirate already ;)
I'm very behind on blog posts too... I have piles of links/Evernotes that I want to talk about on my blog, but nowdays things move too fast even for that (at least in my world). Twitter/FFeed is almost all I can manage to keep up with and work and have family/personal time. 8-)

audio blog and video blog have a low-glitz sound that people are willing to accept. podcast and vlog are trying too hard.

What about a word that accounts for more content than just shows? What about educational content? One-off's? Series, advertisements, interactive videos, etc? Is "Video" the word?
- Andrew Baron
Going by take up on traditional media, I think maybe podcast IS going to stick for both audio and video feeds
