It shows the number of people who subscribe, but doesn't tell you if they read (or if they value what they read). When I'm trying to impress someone, I mention those subscriber numbers. - Jill Hurst-Wahl
are there other ways to get subscriber numbers, other than feedburner? - Jaime/Talking Books Lib.
I like it insofar as having an idea of how many people might be following along. I generally pay more attention to the Visitors/how long avg visit/what brought them in though - Abigail (Hedgehog Lib)
In Google Reader, you can view the subscribers and average posts per week of your subscriptions; however, I do not think it it very accurate. - Victoria/Plautia
