So, basically, looks like we need to cut the cord in order to ditch @comcast. (But noooo, there are no cable monopolies.... )
Thrilling conclusion to @comcast woes? They rescheduled appointment#1 without informing us, and canceled appointment #2 - also w/o a call.
...aaand, at minute 22 on-hold, @comcast disconnected me. Attaway, gang, you're crushing it tonight! (And by "it," I mean my Fri, & my soul)
The irony of being on-hold for 20 min with @comcast, to inquire why the tech is not here 90min past 2-hr window, is not infuriating at all.
If you ditched @comcast, who did you go with? How goes it? Glad you switched? We're not cord-cutters so we need a cable/tele provider.
Currently considering the prospect of spending far too much time crafting the absolutely perfect, rage-filled rant about %#$&@ing @comcast.
