"No, unfortunately they do not know what the rules are. Nobody does. There are many app store rejections that don't make sense. If I was a software author that was looking to code a large project for the iPhone I would need some assurances early in the process that my app would be approved. To my knowledge, this system does not exist. This is exactly why I moved over to Android. To be honest - for me - I prefer the iPhone in general to an Android device, at least today. Better UI and better performance I think. That being said - the HTC Magic is still a great device - and I am not supporting a toxic ecosystem from a developers standpoint."
