Has anyone successfully had AT&T disable text messaging service on their cell? They say they an do it, but I'm skeptical they will.

Undid previous failed AT&T Net Client update. Used Vista system restore. Sort of worked. After complete reboot, it worked perfectly. Nice.
Speaking of failed updates...what's up with TweetDeck? Update continues to fail during the download. Anyone else have this problem?
Terrible morning for upgrades. AT&T Net Client update failed. I've never installed an update for this app that has ever worked. Ugh!
