1. Cook onion and butter until tender. 2. Stir in flour 3. Add water and bouillon 4. Stir until thickened 5. Remove from heat 6. Stir in sour cream 7. In separate bowl, add 1 cup sauce and other ingredients. Mix. (use 1/2 of the cheese) 8. Spoon into tortillas 9. pour remaining sauce over enchiladas. Top with cheese. 10. Cook in greased pan for 25 minutes at 350. - Greg Guitarbuster

When our dinner arrived, It dawned on me that she can't feed herself.
