PubMed / HubMed / GoPubMed feature request: "Show Open Access publications that cite this article." Or does this exist already?

GoPubMed has a link for some authors "highly cited papers in open-access literature", so they must have parsed citation data.

The 'Cites' link for an article on HubMed uses PubMed Central to find 'articles citing this one', so by definition they should all be Open Access (and are marked as such). eg http://www.hubmed.org/referen...

yay! It also works on the case I found by chance yesterday going through Web of Science.
