Which one would you say is the BEST Real-Time PCR thermal cycler?

Depends a lot on your use. We've settled for an Eppendorf Mastercycler for our needs, but the Roche is very good as well, (as are the machines sold by Applied - painful soft, though - and BioRad, and it depends what you want it for.
