"I think all boys that age tell stories the same way! The video reminds me of my son (6 years old), who is also discovering the joy of Star Wars video games."

"I love my station wagon! Of course, it's 15 years old (tough to find a good American wagon these days), but it's got a decent set of features, a good power/economy mix, and room for eight. Most importantly, it's not a minivan or an SUV."

"Those look great! Its 11:21 pm and now I am starving! I would imagine you could do a similar recipe with beef - maybe starting out with stew meat, or some sort of tenderloin?"

"I love the stupified look on the bird's face. And wow, I never thought about this as an example of 8-12 year old imagination, but it certainly fits. -Dan @ thefatherlife.com"

"Being that I have no kids, my advice can only come from the perspective of having once been a kid. I would say, no matter how difficult and awkward, make sure at least one of you does have ‘the talk’. Neither of my parents had ‘the talk’ with me, and to this day it is incredibly awkward to ever discuss or even observe, through TV or movies, anything of an even remotely sexual nature with either of my parents. I even have trouble expressing to my parents, and most other people just how much I love my wife. I see this as a side-effect of the whole topic of sex and relationships in general being ignored by my parents when they raised me. And to this day, I have to leave the room if my dad and I are watching a movie and a love scene that gets a bit graphic comes on, or even if a racy commercial comes on! Now that is just annoying!"

"I agree. Kids now-a-days are all going to be brought up around computers, and schools are starting to use them in lower and lower grades. For better or worse, that is the situation."
