I'm not a big chocolate fan, but I've tried a few cheesecakes with more exotic fruit that normal. Some were better than others. :-) In the end, I always come back to a really good cherry cheesecake.

If you come to Brooklyn, you can go to Juniors, famous for cheesecakes for decades.

Gece için konuşursak; ISO'yu düşürünce tabii pozlama süresini uzatmak gerekecek ki kapkara bir şey çıkmasın. O zaman da elde çekmek imkansız hale geliyor. Bu işin çözümü tripoddur. Ya da makinayı bir zemine koyup gecikmeli olarak çekmek. Tripod ile ilk ve son fotoğraflardaki hafif eğiklikten de kurtulmuş olursun Ahmet. Eline sağlık.

gece çekimlerinde tripod şarttır zaten. ISO doğru kullanıldığında çok güzel sonuçlar yaratır. Ama ISO nun çok yüksek olması durumunda fotoğrafta görsel kusurlar olmaya başlar...

aslında bunları tripod ile çektim ve hepsi uzun pozlama 10sn den fazla sürelerde çekti fakat yağmur olduğu için netlik ve denge ayarını çok yapamadım hızlı bir şekilde çekeyim dedim:):) ama iso düşük değildi bir dahaki sefere umarım daha güzel çekimler yapabilirim

sanırım tüm bunlara ek olarak netlik için benim söyleyecem diyaframı daha kısman olabilir. Alan derinliğini biraz daha geniş tutup, pozlama süresini artırdığında sonuç seni memnun edecektir.

dilara, onu biliyorum da 19da oraya gidip o pozisyonu bulmaya imkan yok. olabilecek en güzel yer olmuş :) 19.15te deniz astsubay okulunun oradaydım, tam karşı pozisyonda. yere oturup denize 3 cm mesafaden çekebildim anca, arkamdaki amca makineyi 2kere denize boylatıyordu.

I've always thought these were OK but kind of blah. I'd much rather enjoy lindt truffles. the yellow wrapped, white chocolate ones are my absolute favorite candy.

I like the nuts. Chocolate and nuts together are my friend. Can't get down with the white chocolate, though, veo. It doesn't taste...chocolatey.

Katy, since I'm not a fan of chocolate, let alone the less quality chocolate, it's painful for me. We have jars (don't ask) of chocolate here because she buys from See's every time Adrian is slated for a visit. So December rolls around and I'm tossing last year's Xmas chocolates, Valentine's, Easter, etc...Then we have a party and let everyone take what they want from whatever is left.

I do prefer higher quality chocolate, but if hazelnuts are involved in the mix I'll make exceptions. I haven't had See's in ages. My great-aunt & great-uncle who lived in Santa Cruz use to send boxes of it to my parents and grandparents every Christmas, but that was a long time ago and I don't remember it very well.

I'm not a huge chocolate fan and can't stand dark chocolates...too bitter. I'd take white chocolate over regular chocolate any day. But Toffee wins above all, so Almond Roca FTW! I wish they made Almond Roca covered in white chocolate. OMG.

Veo, I'm the opposite! I love dark chocolate and will pay a pretty penny for some from some chocolatiers. But white chocolate is worse than milk chocolate for me. We should do a swap!

OMG! Katy, I just found that bar in the cabinet like a couple of months ago (? whenever we made chocolate chip cookies). I had no idea we had it, but there it was. No one knew how old it was, but it was getting dusty looking.

All chocolate gets tossed in the cabinet, since I don't unpack the stuff he brings back from his mom's. No one eats it. I only use it for baking in desperate times.
