Social Bookmarks: deleicous, Digg, Margnolia, Etc the ones that u can import into your friend feed via the Edit/add function. Create those accounts, you will need them, and then use them to Bookmark your personal FriendFeed URL let google give you extra love :)

if you do want your FriendFeed page indexed, make sure you've checked off the box in your "account" section marked, "Public feed (anyone can see it at http://friendfeed.com/username)"
