Hmmm, interestingly enough I haven't yet received my package nor a reply to my inquiry regarding the shipping. I ordered, and was debited, on September 9th. Even it being an international order I would have expected the package by now. I agree, it is a bit frustrating to get the emails without any way to take action. Contact the company. In the meantime, create a label or folder, for those emails so you can easily refer back to them when your package does arrive. By labels, I'm referring to gmail. - Esti Allina-Turnauer
