Guys, have you noticed that sometimes the number 1 search result on google also has a list of links pointing to parts of the result website. Click on the pic to see what am I talking about. Does anyone know how can we achieve this for our websites, once we do manage to get them ranked #1? Thanks folks.

If your site gets a bunch of Google juice, your navigation gets included in the results. I think it's a factor of those individual sub-pages ranking as well. - Rahsheen ™, Coach Rah
It is done automatically by Google, we cant control it, i remember reading it is mentioned so somewhere in the google webmaster tools groups. - TrafficBug
