Guys, have you noticed that sometimes the number 1 search result on google also has a list of links pointing to parts of the result website. Click on the pic to see what am I talking about. Does anyone know how can we achieve this for our websites, once we do manage to get them ranked #1? Thanks folks.

If your site gets a bunch of Google juice, your navigation gets included in the results. I think it's a factor of those individual sub-pages ranking as well.

It is done automatically by Google, we cant control it, i remember reading it is mentioned so somewhere in the google webmaster tools groups.

They're called "Sitelinks" and generated algorithmically (but you can turn individual ones off in your Webmaster Tools account): http://www.google.com/support...
