Thanks to Alicia Griffin for pointing me to this letter in Erin M’s photostream from the ACLU of the National Capital Area to the U.S. Department of Transportation whose security officers have allegedly been harassing photographers outside their building. The ACLU is a great ally to have in the fight against photographer harassment. Photography is not a crime.
