I was thinking about that Kenton. Maybe Flickr determined that Carl Ichan was "that" guy per the TOS and nuked his account over it.

He bought in at the mid $20's and sold a bunch in Aug. in the $15 range. Buy high sell low isn't usually a good formula for activist investors.
